I had, never ever heard of Reiki, until I visited Elizabeth at her home. We had a chat and after awhile Elizabeth started to do some Usui Reiki healing on me.
It was wonderful, comforting, magical and I felt completely safe in Elizabeth's hands, even though I had only just met her.
From that very first Usui Reiki session my life started to change.
It was a long journey, plenty of tears and laughter on the way.

There is no doubt that meeting Elizabeth and embracing Reiki has changed my life entirely.
