JANUARY 2010
We are entering a THREE-year in numerology. This represents all aspects of communication, media, speech, verse and song. It is a number that connects with childhood hopes and dreams as well as sibling relationships. Added to this we have the TEN from 2010. Now when we add the number TEN to the mix, things start to get really interesting because it represents Government, Power, Politics, Law and Order, Social Care and Big Business.
In a year where we are expecting a General Election in the UK, expect to see childlike squabbling in the Houses of Parliament, Ministers reciting nursery rhymes and fables, poetry recited in the Halls of Justice and toys being thrown out of cots in the world of business and banking. Not much change their then!!!
On a more down to earth level, if you have something to say then say it. If you want to start your own business that in anyway involves communication, media, PR, advertising, promotion, etc then go for it. No better time than to get your own radio station going. Childhood dreams can be resurrected and put into place.
ASTROLOGICALLY, I really must mention TIME, TIME, and TIME. It is definitely speeding up and I think in 2010 we will see it literally running away from us. This is not an illusion; it is part of the CHANGE that is taking place on our planet.
We start the year with both Mercury and Mars in retrograde. The power to speak is being postponed – but not for long. March will see this delay blasted open. Infect 18th February is opening one particular doorway – mark that date in your diary.
The amazing scenario of the year is the speed at which the planet Jupiter moves through the sign of Pisces. If you are born under this sign, then expect your life to take off in an extraordinary way. As it buzzes its way through the first part of the year we will be bombarded with everything ‘bannered’ by Pisces. Ghosts, spooks and spectres are everywhere. This is now big business, and everyone seems to be obsessed by it. Ghost hunters have become the new Rock Stars!
Expect a spiritual revolution. We are all awakening – and not before time – to the fact that we are so much more than this body. I have never known so many people to be interested in psychic research and study than there are right now.
Could it be the use of mobile phones and the Internet, that is creating an almost telepathic/electronic desire to open channels of connection with your fellow man and woman 24-7? How long will it be before we no longer need those tools and can simply communicate by our thoughts? (Back to those again – just remember Thoughts create Things!!!)
June finds Jupiter moving into Aries. This changes the dynamic from spiritual achievement to power madness. Who is left holding the keys to the kingdom? Getting a hold on meaningless wars needs to be done before we hit this time frame otherwise, we can expect to see massacres in areas of the world where war has a habit of breaking out.
Hopefully, some common sense will prevail somewhere and we will stop sending young men to die in the HELL that is HELMAND PROVINCE in Afghanistan.
Without stepping too far into someone else’s pie, it doesn’t take a lot to see this is really pushing water up hill.
Afghanistan is not our place to CHANGE. It is said to be the seat of creation by many. Its waters are turquoise and its landscape alien in some respects, but rather like a crystalline volcanic desert. It holds many secrets but are they ours in the West, to discover? I believe they are not. Some things are best left undisclosed.
So to avoid war breaking out in a big way somewhere between June and September, be nice to Russians and Chinese people. They are just like us but have to live in extreme temperatures – now we know what that feels like -18 degrees C in Oxford in January 2010!
And what of the forth-coming election? Well, it is likely to be something you wish was over already. Blaming, finger pointing and everyone else’s fault and not a grown up in site. Expecting to see Mr Brown in tears at some point and throwing a tantrum because he can’t get his own way any more. The Liberal leader takes on the grown up role, but will enough people vote? (Love his ideas by the way)
Can’t wait to see the forthcoming brand new episode of Most Haunted called: ‘Ghost Hunting with DAVID and YVETTE’ – a ministerial edition. We could get to see our new Prime Minister David hiding behind Yvette as she gets him to crawl through the dungeons of Westminster shouting: “ Is there anybody here.” To everyone’s alarm out leaps Gordon Brown screaming about the injustice of it all and asking why oh why wasn’t he invited, and what will become of him now he has no friends.
Just at that moment the resident medium starts communication with Guy Forks about the difficulties of government at which point David trips over an old Lord who has made his home down in the dungeon because he can’t afford his country estate since he had to pay back his expenses.
Aagh alas only my imagination but this is a Jupiter in Pisces production.
2010 is a year for magic and miracles and mania !!!

TAURUS April 21st-May 20th
This Easter month finds you allegorically hovering between worlds. Take opportunities as they arise because they are likely to appear out of nowhere, especially in regard to your job or career. Please don’t worry if you can’t make up your mind right now because it is all part of a much higher plan.
If you know a change is imminent or likely, or you are just plain bored with your life right now, then keep this area an open book and you won’t miss a trick. The latter part of April could see you making that life changing decision or signing on the dotted line for something spectacular. It’s all about the sounds or words that form your future this month. Whether you sing, dance or generally perform to get your message across, you will NEED to get your voice heard in a clear and defined way.
Around the time of the New Moon in April on 14th, you may be required to offer some kind of prose or appraisal in regard to your future. Do you take the more serious approach to your career or do you trust the magic of the Universe to provide you with that dream job you have always wanted.
The major opposition between Saturn and Jupiter this month, shows a pull in two very distinctive directions for sure. But I am guessing that those Taureans with a bit more savvy or is it ‘mojo’, will plump for the icing on top of the cake and wait for the Jupiter and Uranus conjunction, which is about to elicit its own brand of magic towards the end of May.
New friends or relationships in April can provide key openings for that special career. Speak with authority and purpose because someone special will be listening and WATCHING YOU!!!
MARCH astro TAURUS
If certain criteria end up giving you a real headache, then know you are going in the wrong direction. As your ruler Venus, moves into the sign of Aries, you might feel as if plans and routines are hard to accomplish or achieve. However, the Full Moon on 30th March in your fellow sign of Libra, gives you the credibility to get your love life sorted out and you may well do this in a somewhat dramatic way, even for you.
Slow down this month if you can and try not to let tiny details get to you. Much is coming in the next few months to stimulate and excite. Perhaps this is just a precursor to ensure you don’t take on the wrong kind of passengers!
If you have doubted your own ability to quash a problem or to sequester your way out of an emotional issue, then I believe you will get your wish this year.
The New Moon on May 14th in your sign feels like it carries such a huge weight.
There is such a sense of purpose projected here that I can almost feel it pushing against me, as I write these words.
Infact, words will be the pre-cursor to a certain series of actions or activities that are likely to create a huge shift in your life.
The whole issue of home and family rises up here.
Do you stay or do you leave and travel to a completely new location. I believe there are several criteria here which may eventually rise to the surface.
Firstly, if there has been a loss of a male figure and monies have been obtained by insurance or inheritance, then there will need to be a settlement with siblings before you are in a situation that releases you to move on.
The consequence of this is that you may choose to move far from where you are currently situated. It will almost feel as if the Universe is guiding you.
Secondly, if there has been ill health with a male member of your family, and this has been resolved or is now improving, again, I believe discussions with other family members may cause friction, but the end result will be you wanting to settle in some quiet location, near the sea but also with a rural environment close by.
Thirdly, if you have something to say in regard to an extra-marital affair, that may be finally coming to an end, and that has caused you untold hardship or heartache, especially if the signs of Gemini, Libra or Aquarius are involved, then I would also suggest that parting ties and moving home is a must.
Sorry about all this anguish, but I have to say, you will deal with it, sort out your nightmares and finally find contentment within your own home.
If you are looking for a new life partner, then 2010 may well present you with some very different characters.
Pisceans, Sagittarians and Aquarians could be top of your list.
If on the other hand you want to have a complete rest to find yourself again – I think you would be making a very proactively brilliant move.
Financially, you could gain unexpectedly from any kind of artistic or creative endeavours. I would recommend August onwards for promoting yourself in this way.
The Full Moon in TAURUS falls on 21st November. Again, I get this falling sensation. I believe however, that you will feel the need for retreat and restraint around this time. Shared visions and lofty ideals can be brought into manifestation when you release your fears. It has been a long time since you trusted someone enough to let them into your life. You can go ahead and do this finally in December. You will be so glad that you waited.
2010 is a year for being true to yourself, finally, and for getting a resolution to whatever crises has held you back for the last 2 years.
